Working alongside Emma at TN Recruits Law, they are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their dynamic team. The need for this position arises from their overwhelming success, leading to an abundance of work that they need support delivering.  

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing probate, LPA's, and wills, contributing to their commitment to delivering top-notch legal services.

Responsibilities: As a Senior Private Client Paralegal, your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Handling probate matters
  • Drafting and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA's)
  • Assisting with the creation and execution of wills
Location: Camber
Salary: Competitive salary starting at £25,000 & commensurate with experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
