Private Client lawyer

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a Top Legal 500 ranked team based in Kent. The firm are well regarded within the region and are considering individuals at all levels, qualified and non-qualified to join their busy Private Client department.

The role would require you to deal with all aspects of private client matters, which include Wills, Trusts, Probate, Court of Protection and Tax Planning. You will be exposed to a mid-high net worth client base and work alongside an experienced team.

Alongside fee earning you will have the chance to play a part in business development as well as providing initiatives for the growth of the firm.

The ideal candidate would be confident in managing a varied caseload of private client matters independently. A STEP qualification is not a necessity, however would be a clear advantage. Additionally you will have great client care skills with good technical ability and the desire to progress and develop within your career.
