Private Client Assistant/Paralegal

Job Description
- Assisting the solicitor in the following practice areas; Private Client, Litigation, (a little in Family & Immigration)
- Greeting clients, dealing with walk-ins, answering incoming calls, diary management, taking minutes
- Handling incoming/outgoing post, order courier pickups when required.
- Order stationery and office supplies.
- Open new files for clients, issuing client care letters, follow ups, keeping files organised.
- Using Adobe to collate documents/agreements.
- Paralegal duties; bundle preparation etc.
- Arranging files for billing
- Full time in the office 9am - 5pm (no home working)
Ideal Candidate
- Will have a lot of responsibility and be opening and closing the shop
- IT Literate, Case Management System: Cleo
- Previous experience in a law firm is essential
- Self-sufficient and a quick learner
- Looking to further their law career and help out with cases.
ASAP Start desirable
Street Parking available or a pass can be given for a car park.
Paying up to £30,000
