PRINCIPAL MARKETING ANALYST - LONDON

UP TO £80,000 + BONUS + SHARES

THE COMPANY

I am supporting a leading tech platform on multiple Principal Marketing Analyst hires. This business is continuing to dominate their industry, meaning they are expanding their high-performing Marketing Analytics function with 2x position's.

THE ROLE

The successful Principal Marketing Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and segment marketing campaigns and analyse customer data
  • Spearhead the development of a comprehensive tracking and measurement system for brand performance
  • Define, measure, and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid media
  • Lead brand analysis efforts, leveraging data to generate actionable insights to enhance performance
  • Deliver insights and analytical support to internal stakeholders to facilitate decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to align workstreams with strategic objectives
  • Influence strategic roadmaps through data-driven insights to drive meaningful change
  • Develop and present business cases aimed at improving customer engagement and value metrics
  • Lead the measurement of testing initiatives to uncover true business impact, conducting deep-dive analyses to extract insights

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Principal Marketing Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Well versed in marketing analytics, ideally in roles such as a similar analyst position
  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, etc.)
  • Demonstrated passion for data and its ability to convey insights
  • Proven track record of success in monitoring and analysing brand marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement, including attribution measurement, marketing mix modelling, and revenue lift measurement
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to independently provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, R/Python, Tableau, and other relevant data analysis tools

THE BENEFITS

The successful Principal Marketing Analyst will receive a salary of up to £80,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
