Requirements

• Degree in Acoustics or relevant technical disciplines (e.g. Physics, Maths or Engineering) along with MIOA/FIOA membership
• Ability to foster team technical growth through effective management
• Extensive experience in acoustic consultancy at principal Demonstrated proficiency in project and people management
• In-depth expertise in Environmental Acoustics
• Previous role as Project Manager, including budgeting, client proposals, scheduling, and report writing
• Proven track record in successful business development

Duties/Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and preparing proposals
• Foster relationships within the acoustics sector to drive business growth - Lead a team to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables
• Manage support team operations, including recruitment, performance reviews, and personal development plans
• Oversee projects of varying sizes as the project manager
• Provide technical leadership and oversee project delivery
