Primary Teacher

Tradewind are recruiting! We have a vibrant Primary school looking for a Year 6 Primary Teacher to start September 2024

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a strong, positive Year 6 Primary Teacher to join this small, close knit school based in Greenwich for a September 2024 start. This is a full-time 1 year fixed term contract and the salary will be Inner London scale £188 - £244 per day scale M1-M6.

The school has a family community feel where the aim is for all children to be safe, achieve well and are happy and healthy. The curriculum is balanced and broad which pushes students to love their own learning. Pupils take great pride in the school, they talk fondly about teachers which is a real positive from the latest Ofsted report. We are looking for:

• This OFSTED 'Good' primary school are looking for a Year 6 Primary Teacher who can drive the vision of wanting every child to achieve their highest potential.
• A Teacher that has experience in Upper KS2. ECTs will be considered as there is a strong and experience partner teacher in the opposite class
• A person with a sense of humour and a high work ethic.
• Someone that is resilient and reflective on their own practice
• A Year 6 Primary Teacher with the drive to further themselves

This is a role for teaching in a Year 6 Class, one of 2 Year 6 groups in this school.

The school is accessible from the closest station by a 10-minute walk from main line trains. The school has a car park available to all.

• Hold QTS and completed Teacher Training
• Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered for this type of post
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
