Primary School PPA Teacher

Are you a qualified primary school teacher? Would you like to just teach without the hours of planning and marking that go along with the job?

Empowering Learning have a brilliant opportunity for a teacher within a primary school. The school are looking for someone to deliver PPA cover across the school on a full time basis. The role would be working across KS1 and KS2. All planning would be done.

The role will begin in September 2024 and will be a full time role for the entirety of the 24/25 academic year. The hours of work will be 8:00 - 16:00

The school are looking for:

• Someone with at least one years experience working as a teacher in a school
• A good understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculums
• Excellent classroom control and behaviour management
• The ability to engage pupils within lessons

The main duties within this role will be:

• Delivering high quality sessions covering the KS1 and KS2 curriculums
• Following the lessons planned by the regular class teacher
• Ensuring people are engaged throughout the lessons
• Providing feedback to the regular class teacher each day
