Pay: £140-£210 a day (paid to scale) | Start Date: May 2024 and September 2024 | Contract: Temp to Perm | Location: Lambeth SE1

LTF Recruitment are working alongside multiple schools in Lambeth requiring teachers for ASAP starts or the new academic year!

LTF Recruitment are working alongside a number of schools in Lambeth who are in search of Primary Class Teachers to join them for the remainder of the academic year or starting in September. The roles we have are teaching across all Key Stages, would be full-time based at one school and for the right person could be made permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and conducting lively and engaging lessons for Children in Key Stages 1&2.

• Be able to assess, monitor, record, and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned pupils, making accurate and productive use of assessment.

• Modifying the planning process to accommodate various needs of the class.

• Working professionally with a classroom Teaching Assistant; delegating tasks to targeted children.
• Taking a lead on virtual or in-person meetings with parents/carers.

Key skills and experience required:

• Qualified Teacher Status essential.
• Experience working with children in a primary school.
• Experience working with young students in Key stages 1 and 2.
• Excellent classroom behaviour management skills.
• The ability to meet the needs of SEN children in the class.
• An engaging teaching style delivered by a positive, empathetic character.
