Your new role
This team leader role will see you manage a team of paralegals in the pre-litigated motor department. You will be responsible for ensuring high performance within the team and overseeing technical elements of claims. Whilst managing your own caseload, you will allocate new claims within the team.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and understanding of processes, systems and procedures. You will have strong technical knowledge of motor claims and be able to provide support to junior members of the team. You will have a proven track record of excelling in personal KPI's and have gained previous senior or team leader experience.
