My client, an award-winning business is looking to add a PRE FLIGHT & GRAPHIC DESIGNER to their busy Graphic Design team. This is a fast-paced business where no two days are the same. Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to collaborate with a team that is driven and creative with growth opportunities?

You Will Be:

  • Your role is to pre-flight customers artwork and support the graphic design/sales.
  • Undertake the creation, execution, and completion of design projects
  • Adding final output for both internal projects and client design briefs.
  • Downloading, and pre-flight client artwork to required final output.
  • Manage proofs from external suppliers
  • Communicate with clients to deliver excellent customer service
  • Advise clients on artwork layouts and print specifications
  • Take comprehensive design briefs from clients
  • Follow client instructions and interpret briefs in a suitably creative manner
  • Doing anything it takes to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction/client retention.

You Will Have:

  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent numerate and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to organise and manage workflow
  • A forensic eye for detail
  • A flexible approach to working, overtime is available with a bonus structure.
