This business is delivering exciting projects for clients working in low-carbon, renewables, transport, education, housing and sustainable development. And are helping to shape opinions and deliver new communities and technologies.
You’ll need a keen interest in storytelling, the media and current affairs, together with strong creativity and a track record in producing excellent content. As well as be passionate about the key issues of today with a desire to work on projects that will make a difference for future generations.
The PR Senior Account Manager will work across Corporate/B2B accounts, on campaigns that build reputations for clients. And also work on stakeholder and community-focused campaigns from multi-billion pound infrastructure projects to urban renewal and smaller-scale developments.
You’ll join a team delivering content-driven, issues-based campaigns requiring the ability to implement integrated programmes. Such as media relations, self-published content, digital, events/round tables, leadership and writing campaigning publications.
The successful candidate will have:
excellent writing skills and the ability to process and manage information to create strong content
good people skills - the candidate is expected to be comfortable engaging with audiences from senior business executives to media and potentially from MPs to industry stakeholders
intelligent thinking - be bright, ambitious, flexible and adaptable
an understanding of political structures and a keen interest in policy and politics
a team-player mindset and be energetic, committed to succeeding for clients, and responding well to a fast-paced and dynamic working culture
This role would suit
a communications professional or candidate from another sector with relevant skills to offer. It could also suit someone working in-house or at a multi-disciplinary consultancy. Someone keen to work in a specialist and more agile communications and stakeholder-focused business.
