The role

As a growing agency, you will be involved in a lot more than you may expect, from meeting clients, pitching stories to journalists, writing copy and securing coverage for an eclectic mix of clients, whilst still being able to have a happy work / life balance. You’ll sit amongst an international network of agency partners chosen for their shared vision and commitment to quality and experience. Expanding your horizons will ensure you keep learning and growing, and most of all, feel good about yourself.

The client base sits in the B2B space; sustainability, food, tech, to name just a few and you’ll develop strong client relationships amd take day-to-day ownership of account success. You’ll also create, manage and implement strategic and tactical activities, and use the news agenda to create opportunities for commentary and media coverage. You’ll also produce high-quality and engaging written content, distribute it via the appropriate channels and support junior staff members and share your skills and knowledge with the business.

They’ll be no restrictions imposed on your growth and development, as they don’t want to hold you back, and will give you ample room to push on, and keep expanding your comfort zones.

What we’re after:

You’ll ideally have at least 18 months agency experience, you’re organised and on-the-ball, knowing your way around status reports, coverage reporting and social media scheduling. As a natural writer, you can turn your hand to any type of copy, and for different audiences.

You’re also looking to work in a creative and innovative agency setting amd have the ability to write across all touch points is extremely important and those with a B2B background will be ideal.

You’ll be happy with overseeing briefs from concept all the way through, and in between writing content and features, contact reports and agendas, as well as undertaking media liaison. Additionally, you will have a knack for getting the best from client briefings, meetings, and photo shoots, offering different challenges daily. In essence, a skilled communicator who can quickly build rapport and trust.
