Exciting opportunity to Join a dynamic Team: PPA Cover Teacher (Full-Time) to cover both KS1 & KS2 PPA - Paid to Teaching pay scale (MPS/UPS)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality teaching to cover planned and unplanned staff absences.

  • Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to curriculum planning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in primary education
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to create and adapt lesson plans quickly.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
