COMPANY:
microTECH Global has partnered with a growing Power Electronics business (SiC and GaN) in Munich, Germany. They are expanding their technology develop team of Silicon Carbide (SiC) Technologists/experts primarily, and also for GaN-on-silicon power technology, with an immediate plan to develop an R&D center in Munich. ROLE:
- Responsible for debugging of packaging process equipment.
- Responsible for the development of key processes such as bonding, sintering, pouring and chrent.
- Responsible for the formulation of packaging process standards.
- Responsible for the promotion of power module process and advanced process application.
- Design and optimize packaging process parameters.
- Formulation and optimization of assembly design rules for power module related products.
- Responsible for NUD (process development, material evaluation, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Material Engineering, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, etc.
- Over 3 years of related working experience
- Familiar with packaging process and equipment (dicing/bonding/SMT machines, etc.)
