Portfolio Manager

Brilliant temp position available for an experienced Portfolio Manager to work for one of London’s oldest and most distinguished institutions with a vast portfolio of properties

As portfolio manager you will be managing a portfolio of 100 properties, managing all aspects of the marketing & letting process, negotiating tenancy renewals, and handling all tenants’ queries for High-Net-Worth clients.

This is a great opportunity to work for an established client who has a real love for Chelsea and is committed to investing in the long-term success of the area, preserving its rich heritage and identity. We are looking for someone who has experience within the residential lettings sector across London with a high-net-worth portfolio and is ARLA qualified. This is a heavily reactive role, so you need to be able to think on your feet, have the ability to prioritise and be real problem solver. It suits someone who is a great multitasker, uber organised and has great attention to detail.

This is a temp booking for 3-6 months and ideally, we are looking for someone who is available to start immediately but please still apply if you are on a notice of up to 1 month. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday with 1 day working from home, hours are 9:30am-5:30pm
