Polish Speaking Customer Service & Export Administrator
Join our team as a Customer Service & Export Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in handling customer enquiries on orders, billing, and despatch. Working closely with transport companies, you'll coordinate the export process, ensuring timely and compliant shipment of goods to international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Issue quotations, order acknowledgements, despatch notes, and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems, liaising with the Office Manager as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence with freight forwarders.
- Coordinate order despatches with selected transport companies efficiently.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for exporting hazardous goods and handle all export documentation for international customers.
Minimum Requirements:
- GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English (grades A-C) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Polish.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritisation and multitasking.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs, and trading regulations.
