£35,000 - £40,000. Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Fabulous opportunity to join a successful Independent Plumbing and Heating Company . The role will suit a candidate with knowledge of gas compliances, heating and plumbing systems, either from working as a plumbing / heating engineer and wishing to move into the office , or co - ordinator industry experienced.

Responsibilities include:

*Answering incoming calls from customers with both emergency needs and scheduled services to be booked.

*Organising and booking appointments and call outs

*Maintaining accurate finance records , all documentation and invoices

*Providing technical support and liaising with engineers visiting customer homes

*Assist in supporting customers with queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service

Knowledge of heating and plumbing systems and gas compliances to understand customer needs and allocating the correct time with service engineers is required, as are PC skills and ability to work with accuracy.
