Plumber

Duration - Temporary for 12 weeks with a view of going permanent

Location - Lincoln and surrounding areas

Rate of pay: £17 per hour including a company van and all tools required

Sellick Partnership Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a Public Sector client, for an experienced Plumber to join their team on a contracted or permanent basis

Responsibilities of the Plumber include:

  • Completing work on void and tenanted properties
  • Completing minor adaptations
  • Fitting Kitchens and bathroom suites
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety as well as safeguarding procedures
  • Collecting and ordering van stock
  • Carry out secondary building maintenance skills such as joinery and plastering, alongside wider maintenance activities

Essential criteria of the Multi Skilled Plumber:

  • Possess NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (Preferred)
  • Happy to undergo a DBS check
  • UK Driver's license (preferably with no points)
