Your new employerOur client is a leading public sector organisation with a site in Uckfield. They are looking for a plumber / mechanical technician to join their maintenance team on a permanent basis.

Your new job
As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive mechanical maintenance at the main site as well as local smaller sites.
Other duties will include:

  • Deliver scheduled reactive and remedial maintenance
  • Fault-finding
  • Minor repairs and installations
  • Maintaining services and equipment
  • Assist other technicians of other disciplines


What you'll need to succeed

  • NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • BTEC City & Guilds plus relevant experience and training
  • Maintenance experience
  • Driving licence
  • On-Call Availability
