Adept are pleased to be working with a leading sub contract engineering provider in South Yorkshire. Supplying into various industries such as Oil & Offshore, Renewable Energy and Agricultural Equipment.

Our client is seeking Plater/Fabricators to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Reading engineering drawings for parts to be fabricated/welded
  • Preparing and fabrication of various sizes of projects
  • Achieve production timings in a timely manner
  • Communicating with Project Managers during production
  • Following all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures
  • Completing fabrication as required and recording critical dimensions on inspection reports and performing safety checks

Requirements

  • Time served Fabricator/Plater
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of power tools and hand tools
