Pizza Chef - Based in Cambridge - Permanent

Salary: £27,000 + Tips

Working Hours: 45 Hours per week, worked between Tuesday-Sunday

Do you love Pizza? We are looking to recruit for a passionate Full-Time Pizza Chef on behalf of our client, an award-winning pizza restaurant in the centre of Cambridge.

As a Pizza Chef you will have the following responsibilities:

- Pizza Preparation: Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards.

- Pizza Assembly: Stretch and shape dough to form pizza bases, and evenly distribute toppings to ensure consistency and flavour in each pizza.

- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all pizzas meet company standards.

- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.

- Menu Development: Contribute ideas for new pizza creations and assist in menu development as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role, with a strong understanding of pizza-making techniques and ingredients.

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately, ensuring consistency in flavour and presentation.

- A genuine love for creating delicious pizzas.
