Pharmacy Manager

This opportunity provides further training and progression as the client understands that as a Pharmacy Manager, you will want to expand your knowledge with developmental opportunities, hold clinics and expand your services knowledge.

• MUST be a registered Pharmacist on the UK GPhC
• Newly Qualified Pharmacists welcome to apply
• Opportunity to become an IP

Hours of work: 5 days P/W
9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays available. (30 mins paid lunch).

Key Duties

• Help achieve the goals that are set and maintain store profitability.
• Develop current relationships with surgeries and care homes and facilitate the acquisition of more business.
• Learn how the business gets paid and support the company with reviewing all claims and suggesting how we can remain profitable and grow.
• Develop the business & its services and grow with us!

Package and Benefits

• £55,000 - £60,000 based on 42.5hrs p/w (Negotiable depending on experience)
• 5 weeks AL (Excl. BH)
• Paid CPD Days - 2 days annually.
• 2 year loyalty bonus
• Tier 2 Visa supported
• Company pension
