Pharmacy Manager
Seeking a dedicated and passionate Pharmacy manager for an excellent Community Pharmacy in Leatherhead working alongside two incredible support staff.
The opening hours of the Pharmacy is Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:30 and Saturday 09:00 to 13:00.
- A steady paced environment which currently dispenses approximately 3,000 items per month
- Huge potential for someone to come in and increase these numbers, using their own vision to implement new services and patient population catered wants
- Work alongside a familiar team to keep the loyal customer basis and make great connections in relation to local amenities and GP Surgeries
- Continued support on existing services such as:
- Medicines use review (MUR) service
- New medicine service
- Cholesterol check service
- In-store COVID Testing
Key Duties
- Oversees the operations of the pharmacy department
- Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicine
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with federal and state regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues
- Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers
- Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently
- Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times
Package and Benefits
- Willing to pay a competitive rate
- Working hours, a minimum of 4 days per week, happy to consider Monday to Friday or Monday to Saturday with one day off in the week
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- You'll want to deliver outstanding service with a positive mind-set to our customers in an exciting, progressive environment.
- You'll be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in, working with your team to deliver great results.
- You'll need to be a fully qualified Pharmacist and have at least 3 years' experience, but this can be negotiated.
- You'll be registered with the GPhC
