Personal Progress Tutor
* Long-term, full-time position starting in August 2024
* Potential to go permanent and salaried
* Excellent experience for aspiring teachers
* Paid £90-£100 per day term time, *including holiday pay.
* Support students to achieve their full potential.

* Personal Progress Tutor (Pastoral)
* Personal Progress Tutor (Personal Development - Tutorial Delivery)
* Outstanding Sixth form college with excellent results
The position
* To work as part of the Personal Development delivery team to design the College My Development and My Futures tutorial programme for 16-18 students.
* To deliver an engaging group tutorial curriculum to encourage personal development, growth and a positive transition into adulthood, further study or into employment.
* To support the delivery of the Personal Development Speakers programme which provides information, advice and guidance to students on a range of topics.
* To provide information advice and guidance to students who are applying to university and to support students to apply to higher education institutions via the UCAS system.
Person Specification
* 2:1 or above degree required
* Excellent academic background
* Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential.
* Passionate about education
