Salary: £25,000 DOE

We are currently partnered with a well-renowned leading broker in the Cardiff area that are looking to add a Personal Lines Account Handler due to growth. The client prides itself on having a people-first culture and accelerated progression meaning you will benefit from an excellent training and development programme, providing you with a fully funded Cert CII qualification.

The Role:

As a Personal Lines Account Handler, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to building strong relationships with clients, dealing with New Business enquiries, Mid-term Adjustments and Renewals. You will be handling with a variety of personal lines policies including home, motor, travel and specialist vehicle.

The Required Skills:

• Insurance experience is essential
• Good customer service and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to manage a busy workload and work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high levels of attention to detail and compliance procedures
