My client is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join this dynamic team based in Glasgow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied caseload encompassing EL/PL/OL/CICA cases
  • Handling both pre-litigated and litigated files
  • Conducting ASPIC/Court of Session/Sheriff Court work adeptly
  • Proficiently taking statements and conducting liability investigations
  • Collaborating with medical experts and Counsel as needed
  • Skilfully drafting summonses/writs and representing clients in court/tribunal proceedings
