This is an opportunity to assist in the personal injury department, focusing on higher-value multi-track cases.

Responsibilities include:
-advising clients and taking instructions
-CFA and ATE insurance
-analysing disclosures
-preparation of witness statements
-instructions to experts and counsel
-assisting with the preparation of directions and costs budgets and other court documents

What you'll need to succeed
-Experience working within the personal injury department
-Experience running your own caseload would be desired

What you'll get in return
-Negotiable salary based on experience
-Reimbursement of parking
- 25 days holidays, plus bank holidays
