Personal Injury Negotiator

Job: Personal Injury Negotiator (Level 1)
Location: Haywards Heath - West Sussex

An award-winning insurance leader looking for a skilled Personal Injury Negotiator to join our growing team! You'll play a key role, supporting customers through their claims journey while expertly handling negotiations and casework.

Offer Hybrid working with up to 4 days from home and 1 in the office.

What you'll do:

Manage a portfolio of personal injury claims
Negotiate settlements with various parties
Investigate claims and gather evidence
Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, and legal representatives
Ensure adherence to legal protocols and company guidelines

What are we looking for:

Experienced personal injury negotiator with a proven track record of Official Injury Claim (OIC) and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portals
Proven motor claims experience working within a bodily injury claims environment gained from a motor insurer
Experience in handling third-party Injury claims liaising effectively with different claimant representatives (KYO/ Non KYO)
Proficient knowledge of liability assessment
