We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Claims Handler to join either Manchester or Haywards Heath offices for this award winning Insurer.

The ideal candidate should enjoy negotiating and managing each claim to a conclusion and have strong knowledge of relevant jurisdictional rules and protocols.

Working flexibly, you'll spend your first few weeks in the office, but then upon passing a probation period, working from home can begin, with one day a week in the office. A generous starting salary of between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, excellent career progression opportunities, and a blended approach to working in the office and from home.

Working as an Injury handler you will proactively manage a portfolio, of moderately complex Personal Injury, third party motor claims and associated damage claims within a personal authority amount. You will validate policy indemnity for each claim, ensuring that the correct insurer status applied and manage and negotiate a limited caseload of development files on referral. This role will also need to manage Third Party Property Damage (TPPD), including credit hire claims.

The ideal candidate should have strong motor claims experience, knowledge of liability assessment, and technical expertise with exposure to third party claims.
