Description

  • Deal with Customer Queries by telephone and email
  • Play a key role in a busy contact centre dealing with queries and complaints
  • Develop and implement case management plans.
  • Assess client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and track client progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Produce regular reports on client progress and financial status.

Profile

A successful Personal Case Manager should have:

  • Relevant experience in a busy Customer Service/Contact Centre
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
