Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week)

Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our dynamic team within the Permanence Service in Oldham. As part of one of our four teams, you will play a crucial role in providing support to children and young people in LA care, ensuring their individual needs are met and their care plans are developed effectively.
Responsibilities:

* Manage a case load of up to 18 children and young people in LA care.

* Review progress and develop care plans to best meet individual needs.

* Collaborate with team members including Team Managers (TM) and Senior Practitioners (SP).
Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.

* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social work.
