Peripatetic Non Clinical Deputy Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager at Barchester, youll travel across your region to manage and develop the teams in various care homes, to help us deliver the high quality care and service were known for. Working closely with the General Manager or hiring manager, youll help implement action plans that make sure our residents needs are met.

You will takeon leadership duties inthe General Manager'sabsence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. Youll inspire a multidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. That means leading by example and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice and checking our regulatory compliance. Youll set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.
