Performance & Governance Analyst - London market insurer
London - Hybrid working

I'm currently working with a London market insurer that are looking for a talented individual to join their Performance and Governance team. This role will offer the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders across multiple departments and seniority levels within the enterprise, including external vendors and director level reporting line.

Role details:

* Liaising with teams across both group and local teams to gain an understanding of how teams operate and their performance
* Establish reporting & SLA capabilities, reporting on performance metrics
* Take an active role in implementing contract renewals calendar and tracking till completion
* Drive a performance culture with 3rd parties through vendor governance framework and tiering system
* Take ownership of reporting to management through information decks and reports that engage and inform stakeholders, adhering to corporate standards

Skills & Experience

* Knowledge of managing 3rd parties through implementing governance processes
* Development of SLA's and effective reporting
* Previous experience operating in a PMO and project environment
* Regulatory reporting knowledge
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all seniority levels
* Organisation, prioritisation and analytical skillset
