People Partner

Full time and Permanent

Salary - £50k-£55k

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact? We're seeking a talented People Partner to join our client on a permanent, full-time basis.

As the People Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the business culture, driving employee engagement, and managing HR initiatives aligned with the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Drive the People and Culture development plan.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage talent development planning, designing and delivering relevant training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proven background as a People Partner, with experience driving operational and strategic responsibilities.
  • Experience gained within property management industry or similar.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
