People Partner

Our client are a premium fashion brand, looking for an ambitious People Partner or Senior HR Advisor to join them. This role requires someone who is super-organised and bursting with initiative to support the retail population, looking after Retail stores in the UK.

Partnering on everything from employee relations to recruitment and talent management, you will be a true champion of engaging, consistent and always deeply human people practices.

You will support a streamlined recruitment approach across store teams, helping store managers ensure they’re communicating our employer brand in the most inspiring and inclusive way, and efficiently converting the best passive and active candidates into new hires.

You are commercial and practical, with proven experience supporting people processes in a fast-paced business. Particularly valuable are a generalist grounding as an experienced HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role, a solid foundation of ER experience and of supporting recruitment processes in a customer-facing business
