Lovely People Manager vacancy – 10 month Maternity cover in central Bristol. Start date Mid July.

Are you looking for your next opportunity in the creative space where your previous People management skills will continue to add value to a growing and people focused business?

You will be responsible for continuing to deliver the People Strategy, ensuring effective advice, guidance and coaching is given across the business, policies and procedures met whilst business partnering across the organisation.

Key areas of responsibility include;

-Offering expert advice across policy and procedures

-Ensure staff are engaged with people initiatives

-Design and develop of new policies inline with current legislation

-Lead on recruitment

-Provide accurate and detailed reporting for Board reports, KPI’s, Diversity monitoring

-To inspire and lead the People team, managing workload and individual objective setting and performance management

You must have previous experience of leading a team, providing effective leadership, passing on own skills and experience with the ability to translate strategy and vision into day to day meaning.

I am looking to speak to strong communicators, able to come up with solutions to any challenges that might arise, with a strong ability to adapt communication styles whilst building positive working relationships.

If you have previously worked as a HR Manager/ HRBP, confident working at pace and comfortable managing change, I would love to speak to you today.
