People Core Specialist

As part of Services & Solutions, an internal global shared services organisation, the People Core Specialist role is pivotal in delivering centralised and standardised HR services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage off-boarding processes efficiently and effectively.
• Handle data changes and updates accurately.
• Administer various types of leaves including maternity, paternity, and annual leaves for retail employees.
• Oversee employee welfare in 300 stores, encompassing a workforce of 6500 individuals, within a dynamic work-stream with high volumes of sickness and termination cases.
• Utilise Workday platform aligned with company values and objectives.

Technical Capability:

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in customer service practices.
• Digitally fluent with a knack for numerical and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with systems such as Workday and Eracu.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
