Opportunity for a strong pensions actuary to specialise further with a market leader in Risk Settlement, GMP Equalisation and Member Options- working from day one in one of these specialist teams

Oliver James are pleased to be representing a leading consultancy with an opportunity for a strong pensions actuary to specialise further in their market leading Risk Settlement, GMP Equalisation or Member Options teams.

You'll be working from day one in one of the listed specialist teams and will have the opportunity to become an expert in a thriving area of the industry and develop a wealth of transferable skills. This business can mould the role to suit your skill-set and interests and focus on the right area for you, such as project management, process development, technical calculations and advice or a combination of these areas.

Role requirements:

  • Solid understanding of defined benefit pensions from a pensions actuarial, insurance, project management or pensions administration background (looking for a actuarial role)
  • Part or fully qualified in a relevant Professional qualification (e.g. APMI, FIA etc.) or qualified by experience
  • Ability to operate in a client facing role and work to project deadlines

This is a rare opportunity for you to select the specialism of your choice and focus on the right area for you with exposure to a wide-range of projects and clients. This business will offer plenty of flexible/hybrid working and can have people based out of any of their UK offices.
