Title: Payroll Supervisor
Location: Fleet
Salary: £35,000
 
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join this leading accountancy.
 
You’ll be leading the young dynamic team delivering the payroll function to a portfolio of over 30 clients.
  
Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the payroll team in the end to end processing for a portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure that all statutory payments, pension’s, starters/ leavers, RTI’s, P60’s and P45’s are all compliant and accurate.
  • Be the main point of contact for all pay related queries from clients.
  • Train, mentor and hire new payroll staff.
What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years’ experience of payroll processing.
  • Managed or supervised a team.
  • Experience with multi frequency payroll.
  • Client/ bureau experience desired but not essential.
  • Great communications skills.
