Payroll Manager
A leading retail company in London is on the lookout for a new Payroll Manager to work with their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fabulous opportunity to work within a high-performing and established HR team and make a real difference as they enter a period of exciting transition.
The Payroll Manager will ensure the smooth running of payroll for the UK with around 1,000 employees whilst playing a key role in continuous improvement and development of the function moving forwards.
It will be imperitive that you have some experience of changing HR/Payroll systems within your last few roles and can bring ideas/advice/guidance to the table to ensure any changes made have minimal impact on the organisation. Any previous knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of systems will be crucial to performing this role effectively and ensuring a smooth transition.
You will have a small payroll team reporting into you for this role and you report into the Head of HR.
