Payroll Manager - 3 month FTC
ASAP Start Date
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £50,000pa (pro rata)

A large organisation based in Manchester are seeking a temporary Payroll Manager to join their team on a 3-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
- Managing a team of Payroll Admins & a Payroll Team Leader
- Maintaining and reviewing internal processes
- Transforming the payroll department
- Developing talent within the team
- Driving forward initiatives
- Authorisation of UK and International Payroll
- Working closely with the Group FC & Head of Group Finance
- Reviewing monthly reports produced by the team, relating to National Minimum Wage, P11d's & PSA calculations
- Monthly analysis of expenses

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes, and experience:
- You must have previous Payroll Management or Payroll Team leader experience
- Confident in manual calculations
- Strong system experience - experience working on People XD would be highly advantageous, plus strong excel skills
- Organised, efficient and excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal wit stakeholders at all levels
