I am pleased to be working with a rapidly growing services company based in Chester who are looking to appoint an ambitious Payroll Clerk to join their expanding team. This role will be best suited to a payroll professional looking to build on their experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Preparing and posting payroll journals
  • Monitoring and dealing with emails in the payroll inbox
  • Ad hoc admin tasks when required

Desirable skills and experience

  • Previous payroll experience
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • MS Excel knowledge
  • Experience using BrightPay
  • Strong communications skills
