RG Consultancy are working exclusively with a well-established, growing company who are looking for an internal Payroll Clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

You will report to the Payroll Manager within the business.

Duties:

  • Full end-to-end payroll processing
  • SMP/SSP/SPP and holiday pay
  • Process P45s/P60s
  • Weekly and monthly staff, various shift patterns and salaries/hourly rates
  • Generating payslips in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including tax, pensions, bonus and allowances.
  • Resolve payroll queries, raise and concerns to the payroll manager.

Skills:

  • Full end to end payroll experience
  • SAGE software would be an advantage.
