Juice Recruitment are delighted to be working with this expanding organisation with the appointment of a Payroll Assistant to join their friendly team in South Bristol.

We are seeking a talented, motivated and enthusiastic professional with experience in Payroll.

This is a busy role, where you will be providing payroll, administration support for multiple accounts of up to 250+ employees.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Preparation of payroll for 3rd party clients using payroll software.
  • Processing high volume payroll from start to finish for multiple pay frequencies.
  • Validation of data before forwarding to client to ensure accuracy details.
  • Ensuring that client payrolls deadlines and met and submissions are made to HMRC.
  • End of Year processing including PAYE reconciliations and final submissions.
  • Dealing with daily correspondence in the form of telephone calls, emails and post from clients, employees, and 3rd Parties such as HMRC and client auditors.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Knowledge of UK Taxation including expenses and benefits would be an advantage.

  • Previous Payroll experience 1+ years
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience using payroll systems
  • A self motivated and positive attitude
