Are you a payroll manager looking for a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading accountancy practice firm based in Chester, looking for a payroll assistant manager to join their team.

As a payroll manager you will be:

  • Supporting the Payroll Manager
  • Managing GDPR compliance in relation to all aspects of payroll
  • Registering new Clients for PAYE
  • End to end Payroll including Processing of, P45, P46, P11d & timesheets using Sage 50 Cloud Payroll
  • Processing SSP, SMP, SPP, ShPP & SAP,
  • Calculating Holiday Entitlement
  • Processing end of Year Payroll including P60's
  • Auto Enrolment registration & set up
  • Auto- enrolment processing Weekly, Fortnightly, four weekly & Monthly
  • Contacting HMRC for reconciliation of records for clients
  • Dealing with Varied clients queries in relation to all areas of PAYE

Person specification:

  • Experience working with payroll bureau.
  • Possess good communication skills as well as active engagement with clients.
