My client are an international business who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the team at their site in Rotherham. This is a brilliant opportunity for candidates to join a well-established business with long-term opportunities.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working within Payroll, have strong attention to detail and be competent on Microsoft Excel.
As a Payroll Administrator your duties will include:
- Collect employee timesheets
- Process any new starters or leavers
- Calculate and balance weekly and monthly payroll
- Produce payslips, P45’s and P60’s
- Help to produce reports for Management Accounts team
As a Payroll Administrator you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience working in Payroll in essential
- Highly Proficient on Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
Please note the hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00 - 16.30 and Friday 8.00 - 16.00
