Payments Administrator - 6 month temporary role

£27,000 - Chatham

We are currently seeking a Payments Administrator to join our client in the financial industry on a temporary role for 6 months. This would suit someone who has similar experience within the financial industry, who is currently seeking a role.

Duties include:

  • Respond to customer payment queries, regarding missing payments, incorrect payments, refunds etc.
  • Resolving any disputes regarding payments
  • Processing payments within tight deadlines
  • Processing cheques
  • Processing documents and ensuring they are kept up to date

The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience within the financial industry
  • Ability to manage a high workload and use own initiative
  • Great communication and attention to detail
