Pay & Bill Manager

We're excited to be partnering with a growing business that have an international reach. This is a brilliant opportunity in an exciting businesses with ambitious growth plans in place. The company are looking for a Pay and Bill Manager to join their finance function, overseeing the payroll team and assisting in the day-to-day running of their payroll.They have a fantastic culture and offer a hybrid working model, with a competitive salary.With global exposure and the anticipated continued growth this is an excellent opportunity for someone with relevant experience.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Management of a team of payroll and billing assistants
  • Client invoicing in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsibility for compliance for contractual invoicing requirements
  • Purchase order management
  • Client portal management
  • Resolution of invoicing queries
  • Contractor Payroll (PAYE, Ltd & Umbrella)
  • Liaising with all International Payroll outsourcing providers (Contractors and Staff)
  • Head office payroll management
  • Commission calculations
  • Regulatory filings
  • Pension calculations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years+ experience working within a recruitment business in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience working within a recruitment company is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communicator at all levels across the business
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experienced with InTime desired but not essential.
