Our client is a successful, family-run group of car and motorcycle dealerships operating across the North East of England. They now seek to appoint an experienced Parts Advisor to join their Leeds team to liaise effectively between customers and staff, ensuring that the right parts are located every time for every job.

As Parts Advisor, you will:

- ensure customer requirements are met

- offer advice on additional parts & services

- -match orders against stock items and source parts, while offering competitive prices

- manage goods in and out

- work closely with suppliers, placing orders or returns and processing paperwork accurately

- handle cash on a daily basis

As Parts Advisor, you will need:

- proven experience in a similar role

- previous experience of dealer management and parts catalogue systems

- great interpersonal skills

- high levels of organisation and attention to detail

- the ability to work well under pressure

- a high level of accuracy, with the ability to multi-task efficiently

- good levels of IT literacy

- proven customer service and call handling skills

- a driving licence

Salary & benefits:

£25 - 30k pa
