Who You Are / Your Next Challenge:

  • We have a great opportunity for results driven, confident and commercial individual to join the Corporate Partnerships team in the capacity of Business Development Executive.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the strategic growth plans, through identification of new potential corporate partners. They will successfully sell partnership proposal to ensure new clients join our partner books.
  • BDMs will encourage corporate partners to refer our client’s business to other clients through a mixture of marketing campaigns, staff training, group client presentations, reporting and developing strong interpersonal relationships.
  • The successful candidates will support in carrying out the sales strategy through outbound calling and face-to-face prospecting at relevant industry exhibitions, also assist in re-engaging with inactive partners that no longer refer to our client with the aim to re-establish a partnership.
  • The successful candidates will have the opportunity to attend trade fairs and exhibitions in order to develop new business relationships with partners and support your existing network, speaking at seminars and presentations when required.
  • We're looking for candidates with experience successfully developing new business and sales opportunities. They will have at least 6 months knowledge of markets, FX products and services that will translate into proactively selling our clients services to existing and new clients.

What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Corporate sales experience in a financial services organisation.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • An understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory obligations.
  • Knowledge of financial services products, with good understanding of economics and FX markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You will work collaboratively with your team to promote and maintain a high level of customer service to all existing and potential partners, remain compliant to any regulations, legislation and policies and maintain records of all partner and client contact in CRM.
